Let me encourage you with two thoughts: Spring is here and the Master's Open Golf Tournament is coming soon!! The date for the tournament is Saturday, June 30, and will be held at Wolf Creek Country and Golf Club. Once again we will be "Playing 18 Holes for the Master" in support of the Abel Center's efforts to save unborn children from abortion and their mothers from its emotionally and spiritually painful after-effects.  Our goal this year is to enter 18 teams.  It's not too early to start putting your foursome together and begin raising the $300 entry fee by seeking sponsorships from family, friends, co-workers, employers and your home church.  Since this is a fundraiser, many teams will endeavor to set a sponsorship goal that goes beyond the required $300/foursome.  In appreciation for each player's fundraising efforts, the Abel Center will provide you with delicious catered picnic-style lunch (during the tournament), a cart, drinks, giveaways and opportunities to win prizes. Tournament winners will receive their prizes at the dessert buffet to be held on the course after play ends.  The tournament is open to both men and women. To enter your team, just give me a call.  Mailer Forms and Sponsor Pledge Forms are available for you to use to acquire team sponsors and to keep track of your pledges.  You will find a Sponsor Form and a Mailer Form under the tabs above.  If you'd like to receive Mailer Forms on card stock, please let me know.  I look forward to registering your team soon.
